We are looking for a front desk receptionist or patient care coordinator who enjoys interactive and challenging outpatient/orthopedic/neurological settings and who –

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in a friendly manner, answer and direct calls, schedule appointments, and collect copayments and balances.
  • Verify patient demographics and medical insurance coverage, and benefits.
  • Maintain the front desk organized and clean.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 1+ full-time working experience in a similar setting is required.
